Religious life is an ongoing search to implement in concrete situations and contexts the charisma of a congregation or order and the personal vocation of each individual member. The ultimate goal of life of the Batak Sisters of Charity is God. They strive not to do their own will but the will of the One who calls them, so that they and those who benefit from ministry may be saved. This spirituality is lived as a process in confrontation with the social and human conditions of the people they serve.
